    Super easy to reserve a vehicle online, with flexible time slots. At pickup the car I preferred to rent was no longer available, so the rep assisting me upgraded my reservation to an Equinox for an additional charge (only $6 more, which was way less than the price to reserve a crossover online) After they cleaned up the car, brought it right out to me and I was on my way. Can't get easier than that! Drop off was easy too. I dropped it off a week early and was happy to see no fees or penalties - only got charged for the days I used. Chad was very friendly during intake - asked if I had questions and if I was happy with the customer service I received. Definitely recommend and will use Enterprise in the future for my vehicle rental needs.

    The representatives were all very professional and courteous including the driver. The car was clean and smelled good. I had had some smelly cars at other companies and that is the worst.
