  All in all, I must say… Working with this location has made things in my life a little more easier. Too often these businesses become too business oriented. Not caring about deals, incentives and give me’s for the customers. This can make the difference in a business standing or falling. Having had many types of experiences working with this enterprise. I’m glad they keep me on the winning side of the experience. Chad has been, bare none, one of thee best managers that I’ve ever experienced in quite some time. I’ve actually come in and had the opportunity thee experience of being serviced by him. This is something I didn’t expect! At many offices the management is closed in an office where whatever service you get at the front desk is what you get. Customer service is key to him in his office motto. The regular staff agree that this is essential to running a successful business. Collin, one of his representatives, following him closely behind have made my experiences there so much less difficult. I’ve had some ups and downs with this office. Some kinks are still being worked out. Yet, with Chad, Collin, Seth I haven’t had to worry about a thing when it comes to my rentals. Chervelle and Caleb have helped me out too. I don’t regret having used this Enterprise! So, go ahead and try them out. They work hard to win your business.

  Enterprise Rent-A-Car Farmington Hills I visited this location seeking assistance with exchanging a vehicle I had just rented from the Southfield branch due to excessive road noise and vehicle condition concerns. After waiting several minutes, I was told the location was completely sold out and that nothing could be done. The interaction felt dismissive and lacked any effort to offer alternatives or solutions. While I understand inventory limitations happen, customer service should still include professionalism, empathy, and a willingness to help find options. This experience, combined with ongoing issues at nearby locations, has made renting locally frustrating and discouraging. I hope management focuses on improving customer communication and service consistency across branches.

  This location helped me navigate renting a car through my insurance and I wanted to shout out Lucas for such great service and getting me a car when they were crazy busy! Thanks again guys!
