Kept cutting me off and insisted my check engine light wasn’t on when it was clearly on. Tried to ask a question and she cut me off saying “I just told you I can’t tell you anything”. I remained polite but couldn’t help but leave feeling bullied. Someone needs to handle that mess.

I went to the store again a week later, the same employee lied again saying the tester is no working for months. They just don’t want to work and get paid.
- ABAmy BCNov 8, 20251.0Astoundingly rude.. blown away. Went to return an online order of brake rotors and as I carried the heavy box to the line, two employees asked what was in the box. As I replied that they were rotors, both employees looked in disgust and sighed then slowly responded that they don’t return those here. As I set down the heavy box while visibly struggling, the male employee rolled his eyes and rudely commented “I dont know why you didn’t set it down earlier” then proceeded to state again that I couldn’t return the brand new parts to the store and I had to drive to livonia instead. They hadnt even looked at the receipt or even tried to initiate the return despite the receipt saying they could be returned to any store (which was also later and confirmed by the other livonia store and Autozone corporate). Looks like the rudeness seems to be a frequent trend. Don’t waste your time here and take your business elsewhere.
