  I am very upset with this location on 8mile and middlebelt the cashier's are rude they don't help you with what they advertise on those posters before you walk in is not true especially for a battery check they had attitude said it was to cold but if I needed a battery how would I know and i had another issue with my brake pads last week in this month of February I brought brakes in to exchange because i lifetime warranty the lady said these pads did not come from this store so she told me only way to get my money back I had repurchase the brakes again i wss so upset I said i would report this location to corporate snd not shop at location i said if they track my purchases it's thousands of dollars so hope yoi have a good attitude whem you go in thr Livonia 8mile and middlebelt location they need customers service training if they want customers to come to that store sorry for the bad review but I had to get it off my chest this has force me going forward interstate 96 and middlebelt location other side of Livonia

  I just wanted to say thank you for excellent customer service that I received from Damien and Chip. I went to get a lightbulb for my SUV and Damien installed it and the windshield wiper fluid as well! He didn’t have to help but he did and it was much appreciated. Thank you 😊

  Hey, so I went to AutoZone this morning to get stuff for an oil change, planning to do it myself. They sold me the wrong oil filter 😤 and I only realized it when it didn’t fit my car. Went back to get a refund because I didn’t want a replacement. The manager there, a lady, saw the oil leak on the filter and accused me of trying to return a used part 😡. I explained it was brand new, just had a little oil spill from my attempt to fit it. She got defensive and refused my refund, saying it was used and I wasn’t getting my money back. Another manager overheard, understood the situation, and gave me the refund 👍. Honestly, if you’re a manager, own your mistakes and treat customers with respect. I work hard for my money and felt disrespected by her unprofessional attitude. Just wanted my refund, no drama, but her behavior was unacceptable. #Frustrated #KnowYourJob

  EVERYTHING in this store is broke.. from the battery charger, engine light reader, down to the workers. Stop applying to jobs yall are too lazy to do! Very useless location !!

  I think it’s sad that your employer Chip G thinks it’s okay to tell the customer a hard head makes a soft ass when I don’t know him at all to say that comment to me. Then wanted to apologize after like that was okay to say in the first place due to how I wanted to fix a part on my car. This pissed me off because how do your employee feel they can talk to somebody like that and no one was playing so who do your employee think he is. Chip G needs to get fired so he’s comments like this and other he makes on a daily to customers and that’s very rude and not good customer service. Chip G needs to be fired immediately or retrained to learn to respect customers who pays he’s bills.
