Then, one employee much smaller than me pushed with both of his hands. I composed myself as I did not want to hurt no one, but I got the police involved. Eventually, they gave the police a receipt. People there are extremely ignorant, sick and untrained in unbelievable way. Avoid this place at all cost. Totally sick people.

So, I said, if I do not get a receipt I don’t want the part. He walked away stating that he can’t return the item. I asked for the manager. He replied that he is the manager (later on I found out he was not the manager)There were two other employees on the floor but instead of helping they ignored the situation. So, I spoke louder asking for my money back. The employee who happened to be African American approached me and all of the sudden pushed me with his both hands very violently. I ended up calling the police. The police went to the store and got me a receipt. They told me that the manager was actually inside and he came out and provided a receipt. I had to press charges and filled out a victim report. Simply they could have provided me with a receipt and that would have been the end. But evidently, the store discourages their employees from retiring products or giving refund, eventhough I have not even left the store. I would advise to stay away from the store as one could be in danger. They will use violence and pretend they did not do anything. The police asked for the store video clip but they told the police they can’t let them see the camera. That is why I pressed charges and planning to sue as soon as the detective get the tape.
