  There's always an issue with getting the car you ordered at this location. I reserve cars month in advance and can never get the one I ordered. So I was pretty upset this time, the manager Bradley calm me down and made it right. The car I received wasn't the one I ordered but it fit my needs very well. Thanks for stepping up to plate and making this right. Big shout out to Bradley and his team!!!

  In August 2025, I booked a car rental through Rentalcars.com to pick up a rental car at the Escanaba, Michigan airport on December 25, 2025. I flew into Escanaba on December 19, 2025, and met with Brandi (I believe that was her name) at the rental car counter to confirm everything. I explained that I was driving to Chicago to catch an international flight, so it was important that everything with the car rental lined up. At that time, she advised me that they would be closed on Christmas day, and suggested I pick the car up on Christmas Eve instead. She told me they would be open from 10AM until 2PM, and wrote a note that I would be in that day to pick up the car for no additional charge. I returned at 10AM on Christmas Eve to find NO ONE at the rental car counter and a sign on their wall that displayed the hours of 10-2 for Christmas Eve had been scribbled out and now read that they would be open on Christmas Eve from 11:30PM until 12:30AM. I could not BELIEVE no one called me to advise of this change. I then returned on Christmas Eve at 11:30PM to pick up my car and again NO ONE was at the rental counter. The note I had left for Brandi earlier that morning was still sitting in the same place on the counter. Having no other options, at MIDNIGHT on CHRISTMAS DAY, I was forced to book a last-minute one-way flight out of Marquette, Michigan (an HOUR away from Escanaba), to get to Chicago to catch my international flight. Because this was so last minute, I was forced to pay almost $400, when I was only expecting to pay $150 for my rental car. I would MOST DEFINTELY not count on this place for a car rental, especially if your plans are not flexible. To this day, I have not received any follow-up from them, not even a phone call.

  The Escanaba team is the best Enterprise team in the country and it’s not close. Always a great experience with them.
