  The Escanaba team is the best Enterprise team in the country and it’s not close. Always a great experience with them.

  The staff is personable, professional, and accommodating. I rent from here often and they have an excellent selection of vehicles.

  The rental car was very clean and drove nicely- by the end, we all wanted to buy the vehicle. No harsh chemical smells. The checkout staff members were all amazing, very nice, and very quick. I completely felt like I received the value of the rental for the cost. The hours are difficult for locals who want to rent after work hours. Only true complaint is they offer peanut chocolates in the lobby so that makes renting a vehicle a little nerve wracking with a child with a peanut allergy (which is not uncommon). I did find some chocolate chunks under one of the vehicle seats with a peanut in it. I discarded it and wiped the vehicle down to be safe.

  Beyond disappointed will not try and rent from this location again Times were given 11pm to 11:30pm to pick up a reserved vehicle. I was here just before 11pm and no agent im currently here now 12:28am and still no agent so im stuck in an airport with no transportation and zero help from customer service.
