I got the vehicle locked down before I ever drove. My driver shut the vehicle off when I was in the DMV getting a driver permit, when the machine went off to blow, she was so happy to have heat during this wait. Intoxalock forgot to send the promised $100 rebate form and charged me another $75 to unlock the vehicle. They then scheduled me for calibration in a Petoskey shop who doesn’t work for them anymore. I ended up in Elk Rapids for my calibration and was properly trained. Save yourself and have your service done in Elk Rapids where they treat there customers right! Calibration charge was $25,
