Sandy is the perfect person to handle the customer ins and outs. She's friendly, funny, personable and understanding. She's always willing to answer any questions, no matter how silly. Sadly, I'm blanking on the actual mechanic's name, but he's incredibly efficient and overall just a pleasant person. The turn-around times have always been fantastic, and they work to get you the best price. Highly recommend this business, and will continue to use them for as long as I'm able!

They check over the vechile and then tell you what is needed. They let you decide what repairs get done at the time you request . I had two vechile's there and got them both back very quickly. I will be taking my vechiles back to Charlie's for future work that will be needed.
