Waiting area clean and smell fabulous coffee,,, water… Then I got a hundred dollars off because I said I can’t afford it so they gave me a discount to stay…. Perfect great experience!

I do want to take full ownership that I arrived late to my appointment — life was life-ing and the foggy weather didn’t help — but Rico, my service tech, still took my car in without hesitation. Because of him, I was in and out in about an hour. I brought my laptop and snacks thinking I’d be there for a while and barely even had time to use them. The lobby was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary water and coffee. But honestly, Rico is the real reason this is a 5-star review. He was friendly, personable, professional, and clearly efficient. I truly don’t think I would’ve been in and out that quickly without him. Safelite, please give that man a promotion or at least a Team Member of the Month award. He deserves it. I’m back on the road and all set thanks to him!

Once the work order was created, I spoke with my Technician and I was informed of a time he’ll be out to install the window.
