I had to negotiate with my boss to allow for me to work remotely that day for this reason. 6:30pm comes and goes...no technician, no call. I received a call on Saturday(the next day) apologizing for the issue on Friday and we agreed on a Tuesday rescheduling with now, complimentary wipers. The technician arrived on Tuesday as scheduled and replaced the windshield and "the wipers". I took a brief look around, said thank you and sent the gentleman on his way. Leaving work, it began to rain. I noticed that the "new" wipers had left the same streak on the window that my old wipes had. There's no way these are new wipers. I parked my car and noticed that the roof rain molding was not replaced completely and I had to frantically research on how to correct the issue via YouTube due to it raining. Friday, I visited the Troy Safelite location in hopes that my wipers can be changed. They honored my request. On Saturday, I attempted to use my windshield wiper fluid, and the fluid no longer squirts on the windshield. I left a message for Safelite to call me shortly after. I'll provide an update once I hear back from them.
