The customer service representative told me that my cost to be $11 above and beyond what my insurance company covered. When I got to the branch, they told me it’d be $36 more. The branch manager and I had a nice conversation and he finally reduced it to $19 more per day. It was suggested that I reach out to the area manager to address the difference. I’ve sent two emails to the area manager with no response. I’m hearing a regularly have issues with what the customer service represents our quoting people versus what the branch charges. It’s unfortunate. Frustrating for customers. I was told two weeks ago that they would pull the recording of the call so that they could hear that I was actually recorded $11 per day and if they would contact me. I’ve also never heard back from this individual or on this matter at all either I only went here because I was quoted $11 extra per day above and beyond my insurance quote.

I received Excellent customer service from Every Single Employee! They even offered my daughter snacks while we waited, she loved pushing the easy button.....lol Thanks for everything!! Sandy

I do customer service for a living and I ALWAYS tell my customers I promise you there will be no questions when I'm done. 😁 From the time I walked in I delt with Steve, then Morrecio and a third gentlemen when I returned. All great customer service. Job well done whoever chose them to be employees.

The Enterprise on 9 mile & Kelly is the only car rental agency I'll rent from for now on. They even open on Sundays. I don't have to go way out to Metro Airport. This was a great convenience.
