- MAMarlinda AceaDec 24, 20251.0I wrote a review once before in reference to Mauricio the assistant manager trainee and I gave him a very good report until he told me if I brought another car back which was the second car One was had someone apparently must have been drinking and threw up in it and they did not clean it well I brought it back the following day they wiped it off it's still stinks so I'll run back to third time I couldn't take the smell I asked for another vehicle okay he found me one with a lot of scratches and bang s on anything and he was very nice and courteous at first I mean he will like he was on top of their John however I was just satisfied with the second vehicle because it had been in an accident and he knew this he said this is it for you no more getting a car I took insult because I don't think that that's one of their qualifications to rent but I accept it still was unable to do what I needed to do it was not all that nice looking and when you pay out good money you want something good for the price you pay so I took it back today and left it there then he finally says well we don't have anything they have a rose of cars lined up to be washed and clean well sorry Mauricio you don't get ranked at the top for me maybe try being a big kinder

But there's a very rude girl that works here named Diamond Edward. She shouldn't be a manager. I would avoid this location
- SFSoraida FloresDec 18, 20251.0always packed, overbooked and unorganized. Skip this location and go to Roseville. If I could leave no stars I would. Diamond Edward is HORRIBLE. If you do have to go to the one on 9mile ask for Randy he will take care of you!!!

The Branch Retail Manager Diamond Edward is very unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. There are some cool employees like Randy and Jason but other than I would skip renting here
