We HATE car rentals because something always goes wrong & never receive good customer serviced, but this location has been AMAZING. They stay true to their word & we couldn't thank Scott more. We got into a bind on vacation where our new vehicle's engine overheated & we needed a rental & dreaded the idea of having to go somewhere. This location was the only one open at the time & we had no choice but to go there & couldn't be more thankful. They got us into a vehicle that was perfect for our luggage & kids until we were able to do an exchange with Carvana for a new vehicle. We didn't miss a day of our vacation thanks to Scott! Will only use this place for rentals from now on (even though it's a 2 1/2 hour drive from our house haha).
