Because of the lack of service and customer satisfaction I had to chase around another competitor store for my car battery replacement and got it done in less than 20 minutes. I left the location dissatisfied that I was not able to get my car battery replaced after reviewing the free battery testing and car battery replacement services offered by this location.

- VSVincent SchoenherrDec 20, 20253.0Always enjoyed coming here to get my parts for my family's vehicle because they are fairly priced, tonight however, sat Dec 20th , I went to buy a simple tiny light bulb for my impala and the lady behind the counter Proceeds to tell me what I need to buy, now mind you I've already found what I need so i tell her I'm all set I don't need anything else and she proceeded to tell me I absolutely needed to buy light bulb grease, to which I replied no I don't I need just the bulb, so she goes on a 5min rant about something regarding her old job at auto zone, needless to say she ended up charging me 1.99 for bulb grease I never asked for nor needed I've never used it ever, quite honestly as a customer I felt very disrespected, I will be returning tomorrow to return the grease that I didn't need and get a refund, customers should not have to deal with that level of disrespect after saying no, same woman also tried over selling me on a ICM for my vehicle as well glad I left and went elsewhere to obtain it.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
