  I have been to Tuffy more than a few times over the last several years and it has become my shop of choice in the area. They have helped me out with complex repairs involving aftermarket parts on an old car. As far as I can tell, they can do everything. The customer service is great, the mechanics will show you what they're talking about and explain your options.

  Zero stars. I had scheduled a 9am appointment and I was told my vehicle would get in the bay around 12pm. I came back around 12pm and the told me my vehicle was next. I waited and another vehicle had appointment at 1:30pm and their vehicle went in before mine did. I took my vehicle somewhere else. Don’t expect your vehicle to be seen at the expected appointed time. No communication, nothing.

  Apparently appointments mean nothing!!! I made an appointment online days before my visit. When I made the appointment, the days schedule was wide open. When I went at my set time all the bays were full and they wouldn't be able to look at my vehicle until the next day and they asked if I could leave my vehicle overnight. I obviously could not because I need my vehicle for work. That's why I made the appointment. No chance of seeing my vehicle the same day. I will have to find another shop that stands by their appointments

  I had this shop install new shocks and brakes, and I’ve been dealing with problems ever since. The vehicle did not feel right shortly after the work was done — noise, poor braking response, and handling issues that weren’t there before. I brought the car back and didn’t get clear answers. I paid for professional work and expected professional results. Instead, I’ve had stress, inconvenience, and safety concerns. If you’re considering this shop, I strongly recommend go elsewhere.

  I had a lengthy wait due to the volume of vehicles being serviced the day I was there but the service was honest, accurate,everyone is very helpful and friendly there and while waiting I watched employees interact with multiple customers. Based on my observations I would recommend this location for vehicle service, especially if you're female or just young. They seem very trustworthy.
