Steve at the store on Grand River in East Lansing was very friendly and kind and knowledgeable. He helped me choose the wipers, helped me understand the warranty, reminded me about wiper fluid, and made me feel safe and secure! He even installed them for me in a way that didn't make me feel guilty for asking lol. I felt like he was approachable and understanding. Above and beyond for someone with severe anxiety. Thanks AA and thanks Steve!

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
