They were concerned I wasn't getting a part that would fix the problem. I get it, the module is expensive. We discussed all the things I've already done. Being a gray haired woman, I get it. What do I know? But, I appreciate their concern and then their respect. This may not fix my problem, but it's the next logical step. They also helped me get a deal (I shop around and found the part cheaper elsewhere) by price matching. Let's hope this works🤞
