  Arriving in DTW your staff Dom, and Biyi were so thoughtful and caring in getting us settled in the car. My mother is 102 years old and they were so caring toward her. Biyi helped me bluetooth my phone to the car and showed me how to use the GPS. Great guys. Then Larry was GREAT about getting my mother on the bus in her wheelchair. Larry had mom laughing and enjoying the short ride. You have a great staff! Returning the car was Austin who helped me with Mom in the wheelchair, walker, two suitcases and me with my cane. Then getting the bus back to the terminal Sam the driver was so kind about staying with us until Delta showed up with their wheelchairs. I was so frightened about being left there with all of this baggage and no one coming. Sam stayed with us and gave us updates on the wheelchair ETA's. What a great guy. While we were waiting Larry came by and came to greet my mom again. She was very flattered.

  I recently rented from the 300 Lucas Dr location at DTW airport. My vehicle was not properly cleaned resulting in some food from the previous renter being left under the passenger seat. This resulted in the vehicle having a foul odor. I drove this vehicle from that location to Indiana. I did not notice what locate what causing the odor until then day before returning the vehicle. I informed Luke Laprad who is a manager at the location when returning the vehicle. He asked that I email him at least a week before my next rental and he would provide me with a free upgrade to compensate me for the bad experience. I reached out via email and never heard back. I went ahead with my rental at that location and did not receive any kind of upgrade. I am working on a project that will require me to make at least a dozen more trips in the next 4 weeks. I will not be renting from that location again.

  What?! how easy was this?! my flight was a few hours late, but there was no issue with my rental. Upon arrival the line moved quickly. I was helped immediately, offered an upgrade and Anthony was the nicest guy. He gave me an option of available upgrades and the car was ready to roll right out the door. The car was brand new, clean, filled up and just a pleasure to drive. I was not ready for such a lovely experience. Drop off was just as smooth and easy. I didn't get the lovely woman's name who helped me but she was also a pleasure to work with. 100% will recommend and rebook when I'm back in town.

  Amazing! Excellent!! Fantastic!!! There are not enough words in the dictionary to relay how much of a pleasant experience it was to rent a car with enterprise! From the shuttle ride at the airport to the airport, accommodations will be made and you will be cared for. Anthony was the one who helped me at pick up and drop off, he was a ray of sunshine on a rainy day! Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with was kind and gentle (I get nervous and fray easily) they made my trip memorable and effortless! Don’t even get me started on the car itself- a dream!!!

  I have used Enterprise at other airports and have never had a problem. My flight was cancelled so I reserved a car at the Detroit Metro Airport enterprise office. I was informed by staff that they can’t accept a debit card with a Michigan drivers license. I checked the Enterprise website and it states debit cards are accepted. I shared the information with the staff and was told Detroit has more restrictions than others. I asked “how would I know that?” The staff member said I don’t know. I asked them to run the card as a credit card and I was told they couldn’t do that. I travel often and I will no longer use Enterprise.
