  I had a wonderful experience with my rental at Enterprise. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, making the entire process quick and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. Overall, a 10/10 experience—I would definitely rent from them again!

  I am posting this review after spending over many months trying to resolve a serious customer service issue with this location and getting nowhere. My experience with this Enterprise location was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I booked my rental in advance and confirmed everything twice, including that I would be paying with a debit card. At no point was I told I would need additional identification documents. When I arrived, I was suddenly told by the Brendan, the manager that I could not rent without extra forms of ID, forcing me to take multiple expensive Uber trips back and forth just to meet a policy that was never communicated beforehand. When I expressed that this was a major inconvenience, the manager repeatedly told me it was “above his pay grade,” which came across as dismissive rather than helpful. After returning with the documents, the system was down for 30–45 minutes, leaving customers waiting with no communication or solutions offered. The first vehicle provided was unacceptable (see photos) dirty, damaged, smelled strongly, and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Staff acknowledged the condition but still attempted to rent it out. I had to request another vehicle, which was only slightly better. After returning the vehicle, I was told by Aaron I would receive one free day as compensation, but that was never applied. I’ve since spent several months trying to resolve this through customer service. Each time, my complaint was routed back to the same branch instead of being handled by someone independent, and I never received a meaningful response. This entire experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and exhausting. I hope Enterprise improves communication about rental requirements, vehicle quality standards, and how customer complaints are escalated — because right now there seems to be no real accountability.
