- BSBrett Sallee4 days ago1.0Do NOT bring your vehicle to this - or frankly any - Valvoline. They over torque everything because they don’t have any idea what they’re actually doing. This location broke a lug nut on my tires during a rotation AND stripped the screws in my oil pan. We had these issues fixed at the dealership and Valvoline then rejected the claim we opened with them because we had already had it fixed despite having proof that they were the ones that caused the damage. Over $1,000 down the drain because their techs rush jobs. Customer support was also very rude and not even apologetic when they said they would be rejecting the claim.
