I rented the Emerald Aisle option vehicles because you have a large selection, and it's easy to select and check out. When I returned the vehicle, the process was just as easy, and I had an email of my total charges within minutes. Very happy with the service National Car Rental provides, and I will be back next week as my vehicle is still down for repair.

Despite the cold and overcast weather, our visit to Michigan was cheery and bright partly because of each of them. The SUV we rented also handled the snow and icy conditions well, keeping us safe as we travelled Up North and back. Thank you to the whole DTW crew, including Austin! Happy New Year!

They were so wonderful! They helped me with my bags, pulled a vehicle up for me so I could be on my way. The thoughtfulness, especially traveling during the holiday was much appreciated and I highly recommend national rental car.
