I initially scheduled an appointment with the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership (Galeanas CDJR in Warren), but they wanted me to drop the truck off for several days even though I had an appointmen. A friend recommended this shop. I called them, drove over, and the mechanic said he has seen these problems with even newer Ram 1500s and he professionally repaired it for $100 and I was done within 20 minutes. I would happily return my truck here for future repairs. These guys are honest and hard working. The show you the work that is needed and work with you.
