  Prepurchased parking spot. I was able to get in but there was an error message on the QR code. I couldn't get out. I couldnt get a hold of anyone. No one is picking up the phone. I was getting directed in so many different directions on the customer service line. One person told me I can't use my QR code when I get in and that is the reason I could t get out. Its really stupid. I was stuck for over an two hours in the structure.

  Last night I attended the Army Ball at the Westin Book Cadillac and LAZ parking assisted with Valet services. The kind gentleman, Mo, that was a trying to bring my car to me after the event informed me that my car had an issue where it wouldn’t shut off or shift into gear (I.e. it wouldn’t move or turn off and it was running). Mo and his colleagues stayed with my friend and I for over an hour to solve the problem. He was kind, respectful, and personable but more than that represented his company with the utmost professionalism and compassion. This experience left me feeling so positive about people and kindness that I felt compelled to write. I tried to find a way to write or call LAZ parking Detroit…but there was no way to leave a voicemail. In my confusion and exhaustion (and chilled wet formal dress), I forgot to tip Mo. I would love to find a way to do so…and I sure hope this young man gets a raise for his excellent job well done !!!!
