  DO NOT PARK HERE... IT'S A TRAP!!!!! Getting in is easy, getting OUT is NOT. Card reader wouldn't work. Eventually one of the people who were trapped in there with us just removed the barricades and we were able to escape by driving out of the entrance lane. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

  Trapped unable to get out due to QR not scanning! DO NOT PARK HERE!!! See boilerplate response from owner. It's how they respond to ALL complaints. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!

  My car is currently trapped in this garage, came back from dinner saturday and the entire garage is shut down. Nobody is answering phones. Doesn't appear open on Saturday and not sure if it's open MLK day(Monday) . Biggest mistake ever parking here. Advertised to be open well after returning to garage!!!

  QR code didn't work, customer service couldn't open the exit gate. Raised the gate manually and email the company abt the issue and to avoid over charging bcs the gate scanner failed the check out time.

  Exit did not work for vehicle at the front and caused a half hour jam. The help line was called but seems to be unmanned. Do not park here.
