It’s fine. Very easy to park at if going to a Fisher Theater show. Many shows cover the cost of parking in this lot for ~6 hours

Had no problem parking here for a Friday night 8 pm show at the Fisher Theatre Feb 2024. Attendant handed us a ticket, we got there 1 hour before the show and had plenty of parking choices. We were not in a hurry to get out (bathroom first) and the gate was wide open and clear upon exit.
When we entered we walked past a long line of cars trying to get into the garage right next door and only about 10 yards closer to the Fischer building. Those people need to validate their parking tickets and do some other gyrations on a website to get parking for free... we however didn't need to validate our parking ticket or do any of that extra mess. We recommend the surface lot and avoid the garage!

We were promised "easy out" and it took forever. There was no reason not to have the gates open for people leaving a show.
