When we were leaving, the line was taking forever. We finally get to the front of the line and discover why - everyone is being charged an ADDITIONAL $8 to be able to leave!!!

- WHWhitney HockmanOct 29, 20231.0UPDATE 1/2/24: I reached out to this company after they replied to my review and they did not respond to me and did nothing to help the situation. Again, I would highly encourage people do not park here and I would also add that many of the casinos in Detroit have free parking. I prepaid for parking for a concert, and the attendant was present when we arrived so I showed him my phone and he let us in. When we were leaving, I scanned my barcode and the screen instructed me to call the office instead of letting us out. I was on the phone with the office for about 5-10 minutes reading every number/name/etc on my parking pass. When I explained that I was holding up a long line, they said don't worry about it and put me on hold. Overall, the person on the phone was rude, not helpful, and not apologetic when we finally got out. Downtown Detroit has lots of parking to choose from, avoid this place if you can.
