The big manager is awesome. I believe his name is Larry or Lance. But the other big white manager Aaron was being ugly and mean. I just simply came in to get a tire rotation and flat repair along with an oil change. As I was trying to concentrate to think about what other repairs I needed to get done to inform him about, he got angry with me out of nowhere and told me to leave and come back when I figure it out while banging his hands on the counter and I don’t know why he was being aggressive with me. So when I said “excuse me” , he says “oh I didn’t stutter sir” Like why would you call me a sir and you know I’m a grown woman. So I told him to don’t do anything to my car but the flat repair as I didn’t want his service anymore and he told me to just take my car and get out of here . So he threw me my keys back and I left without getting any work done to my car. I need to find out his boss information and make a complaint against him. Aaron such a nasty miserable lazy man. He sat in the service area with the mechanics instead of staying in the lobby to greet more customers as they were coming in. The customers just stood there for a long time without Aaron knowing they were there He doesn’t want to work and was hiding so that he doesn’t have to assist us customers. Very disappointed in Goodyear. I will be finding a different shop to service my vehicle in the future.

If nobody else will tell you I will recently visited this location for services. The manager Lance and Alex are amazing very professional, knowledgeable and actually listens instead of just trying to take your money. If you want your vehicle done right try them out you won’t be disappointed I know I wasn’t. You will keep returning. I appreciate them more than you know.

If I could give zero stars I would. Aaron at the front counter was very rude and disrespectful towards my elderly mother when he called her a dumb ass because she didn’t understand what was wrong with her car then he proceeded to tell my mom that she needs to get a grip of life because my mom didn’t agree with the price of an oil change which was $155 . So we just got something else repaired instead. Afterwards, he slapped a receipt in front of her and told us to “enjoy the raggedy car”. This man always seems to be mean and angry every time I bring my mom here. I think he’s upset because he is over weight. I will not be returning after this. I spoke to a manager over him the last time we came because he yelled at me and told me to hurry up and figure out what I’m going to do. He also threw a paper at another customer and told him to find a wheel lock key or he won’t be getting his car repaired.

One of the managers that goes by the name of Aaron is very disrespectful. I was getting my car fixed and I told him I can’t come back to pick it up until the next day and he said “No, you black folks don’t like paying for service after we fix it”. He then called me black and ugly because I told him that I don’t want their service anymore. He is such a nasty man and I have witnessed him multiple times being disrespectful to me and other customers. He also disrespects the mechanics. I will no longer shop with Goodyear any more and I will tell others to not go to Goodyear. I will be making ANOTHER report to Human Resources about him again.
