  Our service assistant was Joey and we received a warm welcome and a perfect service. The shuttle driver, unfortunately I could not remember his name, was very kind, helpful and joyful. He made us feel we arrived home. All the staff therein were very kind and friendly. Joey delivered a perfect job. Hot air pump was already initiated in the car and the car was very clean and in perfect condition. I always prefer enterprise and this location is definitely over the bar. That is why I felt I owe this review to these great people. Please keep doing what you are doing. Thank you very much.

  We picked up our rental vehicle 3 hours later than expected due to flight delays. We were serviced right away, Our rental was ready and waiting. The rental process was quick. 2 suggestions though from us. 1. Have a live phone number at actual rental location to touch base due to delays. We called and no answer. And it was the 800 #, not a local number. 2. Upon return the rental car entrance was BLOCKED by 2 vans. We had to sit in the road, blocking traffic, and wait until they opened at 5:30am. The gates should be open for drop offs. And a place to return keys as well. The entrance should not be blocked. At least have a large sign telling g us why the entrance is blocked and what time they open up. Other than this, all was well and we had a great experience.

  Reserve con ellos a una hora especifica , mi vuelo se retraso y reserve a otra hora no me cobraron nada por la reserva cuando llegue solo necesitaron mi tarjeta y mi licencia y el precio de la reserva fue el mismo que me cobraron solo que tomaron 500 dolares de deposito pero cuando les devolví el auto me los devolvieron en menos de 24 horas fue una excelente opción ya que viaje por mas de 20 días y al regresar a mi casa en lansing desde el areopuerto de detroit siempre pago mucho por mi estacionamiento en el areopuerto. Cada viaje que aga a partir de ahora los escogeré a ellos son los mejores y mi esposa hizo un tramite con ellos y a pesar de su dificultad con el idioma tienen personal que habla vario idiomas un lujo este servicio.

  From the moment I was greeted and assisted at the front door; as I was struggling to bring my heavy luggage into Enterprise to pick up my car, I was their #1 customer! They gave me non-stop professional care! The Manager on duty quickly got me to the front desk, the gentleman at the desk immediately had my reservation ready, help me with those heavy bags and did not leave me on the lot by myself until the car I reserved met my every need. He even picked up my oversized suitcases and put them in the trunk. I was super excited!!! He made sure the car was safe by turning it on (it was very cold 🥶 that day). He was attentive to me as a customer which was outstanding unlike his competitors who leave you on the lot to just go pick your cat at a certain #… He kindly told me, “Thanks for choosing Enterprise and don’t worry Ms Gordon - we got you! Is there anything else, I can do?” He didn’t leave me until I was satisfied!!!! When I went to the gate to leave, the lady was exceptional too! Still quality customer care! After, getting up at 3:30am to fly to the “D” with such a difficult situation; I was not expecting this kind of hospitality from a Car Rental Company…So, Thanks 😊 for making my day go smoother! Now for the return of the vehicle: The young lady checked ✅ the car in and before I could get out of the car, she already had those heavy bags out the trunk, on the sidewalk, then she took them to the shuttle bus whereby the shuttle driver immediately greeted her with the willingness to make sure I was on the bus without any struggles. He could have left me there since the shuttle was full, but no he didn’t…He accommodated me. The young lady insisted on helping me even when I said I can do it; she politely and professionally demonstrated excellent customer care…on top of that she had a paper receipt for me as she kindly said, “Thanks was choosing Enterprise and enjoy the rest of your day!” I have rented so many cars in my years; but this time; Enterprise at DTW (my hometown) a well needed “Welcome Home - We Got YOU!” Was my Best!!!   We had a terrific experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Detroit Metro. Every single person - from the guy who drove the bus to the person who processed our paperwork and got our car, to the person who checked us in when we returned, gave us fabulous service. The bus driver stowed our very heavy bags in the luggage area, and took them down when we got there. The fellow who checked us in not only was friendly and helpful, but he actually went and got the car and drove it to the main center where we were standing. When I commented on how nice that was, he said that he likes to whenever things are slow and he can without making other customers wait. And the woman who checked us back in told us which bus to take, and where to stand and stay warm while waiting. This center is extremely well-managed, and we will be renting from them any time we fly into Detroit!
