  Enterprise is the only car rental company I have rented from in the last 15 years. They consistently deliver quality customer service, which is truly their differentiator. The cars are basically the same at each company, but whenever I have had an issue, the Enterprise representative asks me what it will take to make me happy. Last week, I rented a car that had the engine light on for the entire three-day rental period. I drove a few hours each day and was concerned, but luckily, nothing happened. When I returned the car, the representative asked me what he could do. I told him that I had just put $15 of gas in the car before returning it, and refunding that would be nice. He gave me a $50 refund.

  I recently had a 2025 BMW X5 from them and it was an amazing experience. Both David Rush and Ashley Williams made the entire process smooth and easy, from pick-up to drop-off. David helped me during the pick-up, and he made me feel very comfortable — especially since I had just gone through a couple of surgeries and wasn’t feeling at ease with the first car I received. When I went back to exchange it, he handled everything professionally and with great care. Ashley was also wonderful at the drop-off. The whole experience was simple, stress-free, and very professional. Thank you to both David and Ashley for making the process so easy.

  I've rented from Enterprise several times, but this is my first time to pick up the vehicle at Detroit airport. I'm very pleased with the service I received. As soon as I arrived, they offered me bottled water and then showed me a number of cars I could choose from. When I made the reservation I thought there would only be two of us in the car, but two friends were on the same flight and we offered them a ride home with us. Unfortunately, the luggage for the four of us wouldn't fit into the vehicle size I had reserved. The agent offered me a no-cost upgrade to the next size so that we could all fit comfortably. This is the kind of service I've come to expect from Enterprise. The car was in perfect condition and we completed the one-way rental at home with no problem.

  I was straight up apprehensive about renting a car as we do not travel often. We are from Detroit and my family has used Enterprise out here in Montana but never out there. I was blown away by the awesome service with a smile and efficiency of the entire team. It took literally only a few minutes to check in and get in line for a rental advisor. We were fortunate to work with Carl (with me in this photo) and we were on our way in 5 minutes at most. We were REALLY apprehensive about returning the car and what that would entail to the point of getting there 4 hours before our flight. Miss Linda was our shuttle driver and she is 100% an asset to your team. She went through her own checklist to help clients not forget stuff and made sure we got to our gate with no issues. I would 100% recommend Enterprise Detroit! True professionals, very efficient and truly cool folks. Well done team. 10 out of 5 stars and photo with Carl included for Carl Tax🤣🤣🤣 Best, Dina L Pomper

  I must say that this rental experience was the best I have ever had! And from start to finish! Let’s start at the finish 😊 : I arrived and was directed to the drop -off point immediately. Unloaded the car and was asked how the car performed (great) and how my Enterprise experience had been. I said “great”. She asked if the keys were in the car at which point she told me the shuttle was right there and ready to go. A few seconds later, the driver was instructing me that he would load all my luggage. And quickly done, and after one other couple joined the bus, we were on our way. Very quickly to the airport, another fast, hassle-free off-loading of the bags, and we were on our way. Could not have been better. Let me add about the first part of this rental experience: We waited briefly for the shuttle and Sam picked us up. He was also quickly on to our luggage and with little effort from us, we were on our way to what I thought would be the rental counter. We had done the pre-check- in. I believe I might have done that before with other rental agencies, but I was surprised by walking into the office, being asked my name and immediately being sent out to the lot where two nice young ladies directed me to choose one of two cars. After quickly verifying that we were satisfied with the car, we were off to the check-out gate. The person there was, yet again, very efficient, and I was on the road to our destination still trying to process how amazing the whole process had been. 10, 15 stars, whatever. Again, best rental experience ever. Thank you, Enterprise.
