When I got to the Enterprise location all they were willing to give me was a Nissa Sentra which was not a sports car. I am now also sitting on the road side with a flat tire waiting for Triple AAA to arrive with an ETA of 1 hour.

He made the entire process easy, and I was happy that he was able to look at different rates that fit my price range. He was extremely kind, and I will definitely be back to rent from there again.

I mean customer service was ABOVE and BEYOND. He engaged with us, he joked with us, kept us updated every step of the way with full transparency, he kept order, he did everything he could and I did not see one upset person for that reason. As someone who works in customer service… Dave you WOW’d me. I will gladly spend my money at this location in the future.
