I appreciate the owner Sam and both managers Al and Dawn for their patience with me. I do not have a easy car to work on at all and know if I went to the dealership, I would be out of thousands. They also had to fix another repair shops mistake. I will say that historically repair shops have been given a bad name to not be trustworthy, but I feel in my spirit this is a good place to trust. They know their customers by name and as a newly Doctor of philosophy of Women in Leadership, it warms my heart that they promote an atmosphere of inclusion and diversity with a woman (Dawn) being in a position of power at the facility.
