- AJAngelica James3 days ago1.0This company is a scam. Verizon roadside service dispatched them for a tow. The driver did not get out of the truck and sat there. The police were at the scene and my doorbell camera captured the driver pulling off. The mechanic and I, myself, reached out to tow company to see why the car was not towed. The dispatcher lied and said she tried to call me twice and my voice mail was full. Which was not true and the entire thing was caught on my doorbell camera. If I had not called them to see why my car was not towed, I would have never had any communication from them.

Mike/Michael from Bobby's was there to pick me up within 30 minutes of my jeep breaking down, was super professional and fast as well as being kind and a genuine good guy to have a conversation with, even let me take my cat to ride in the cab with us as we towed my ride to my place. Really appreciate the good service and the kindness.

He did everything seamlessly, professionally and safely. For me, and my car. Would highly recommend these guys. It did take well over an hour to get to me. But otherwise zero complaints.

Not only did Bobby's towing offer a reasonable price for a tow going all the way from Detroit to the far end of Downriver, the tow took less than an hour to arrive. The driver, George was quick, proficient and treated me with courtesy and respect. He's a stand up gentleman! You could tell he took pride in his customer service and he handled my car with care. Best tow experience I've ever had. Give George a raise!
