WHENEVER I HAVE QUESTIONS AND NEED ASSISTANCE WITH MY VEHICLES NEEDS, I COME TO THIS LOCATION, THEY TRULY TAKE CARE OF ME! THEY GO OVER AND BEYOND FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS! THIS IS MY ONE-STOP SHOP LOCATION!

The issue was not with the employees—they were respectful and tried to help—but the manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional. Instead of listening to my concerns, the manager (a woman) was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to provide any real assistance. Her tone was disrespectful, and she made me feel like my situation was not important. A store manager should lead with professionalism and customer care, but she did the exact opposite. Because of her attitude and lack of support, the entire experience was frustrating and unacceptable. This location needs better leadership, because the current manager does not treat customers with the respect they deserve. I will not be returning to this AutoZone, and I do not recommend it based on the manager’s poor behavior.
