However, the friendly staff at this AutoZone, Roland in particular, went above and beyond to help me.He gave me expert advice, great suggestions, and reassurance that I will be able to get home. Talk about customer service! The people there were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I’d give them 10 stars if possible. I’m from the eastside, kind people are rare. This was greatly appreciated. 👴🏿👍🏿💯💯

I grab some screws the exact same price(with receipt )and proceeded to exchange but they claimed they need a debit card? Been going to AutoZone for years you don't need a card or cash for an even exchange. I then had to get my pops up who is bed ridden from surgery to get the card , that at the store the manager initiated a refund?? Without card but needs card for even exchange? That's bull, I don't know what the deal is up there but I'm good on them. Then to sit there and lie is crazy
