  Slow, unprofessional, flirting with the customers while it’s a huge line holding everyone else up, only one person on parts while it’s 6 employees here.. Get it together up here. I normally dnt come to this location for just this reason. Im writing this entire review CURRENTLY INSIDE THE STORE and not 1 person has asked to to help me and im here for a battery recharge (my battery is in plain sight on the parts counter smh..

  Terrible experience. Chris is unprofessional and rude. The customer service I received was terrible. Never going back. I will be letting all friends and family members know to never go there

  My first 1 star review for an Autozone. It's hard to accomplish such a score for that type of place, but this location has succeeded. I would've known what to expect by how the phone was answered by whatever chick on the 10am shift on 11/05/2025. She was rude and abrupt to the point that you would had thought that their store was busy and they were understaffed. Phone call went something like: thanks for calling auto zone, there's one customer ahead of you please hold *hold music* All before i could even utter "good morning" or say "ok, no problem" to being asked to hold. Now, a few seconds into the hold music, i was able to hear their conversation. I waited there thinking that they werre wrapping up a customer and was about to get to me. Boy was i wrong. Instead, while searching for other auto parts stores nearby, i was able to hear the background cackling, excessive profanity, and pure unprofessionalism that transpires when the feel that no one is watching. I can understand talking when they're no customer, but from complaining about customers simply approching the counter, to their activities in the streets, i was able to head everything that i didnt care to hear. Once the conversation became so loud that i could no longer focus on my task, i looked at my phone only to realize that I've been on hold for nearly 10 minutes, and from what i was hearing, one of the 3-4 people on the shift could had simply answered a single question that I've had. And the universal answer has that autozone does NOT offer alternator testing unless its inside if the failing vehicle. If the alternator or vehicle may be failing, how could one bring the entire vehicle without using a tow truck? Autozone is Outdated....or at least their staff and equipment are.

  I've been dealing with AutoZone since 98 they usually have what you need you don't have to wait and if you get the wrong part you can take it back
