Not only rude but she put my daughter's vehicle in as a completely different vehicle (insisting she'd listened to my daughter) giving her the wrong brake pads TWICE. We went to another location & they knew exactly which employee she was talking about at this, the Moross, location. Some people don't need to be working with the public as they will QUICKLY ruin a company's name & business and she's one of them. I'll continue using this location but will not deal with her.
