Estaba viendo unos Hub Caps y para poderlos apreciar por completo los saqué de su caja(para abrir esas cajas no es necesario romper ningún sello ni cinta, así que no afecta en nada al producto). Uno de sus colaboradores se me acercó muy grosero a preguntarme por qué había hecho eso. Le expliqué que quería comparar viendo totalmente ambas opciones para saber cual llevarme y que no había hecho nada malo, mientras yo explicaba eso él seguía diciendome que no debí de hacer eso y comenzó a ponerlos de nuevo dentro(Lo cual yo iba a hacer una vez que decidiera cual llevarme y que no le tomó ni 10 segundos hacer). Me incomodó y preferí salirme sin comprar nada, el empleado me siguió hasta la salida e incluso una vez que me subí a mi vehículo se me quedó viendo fijamente. Una experiencia terrible, espero que no siempre traten a sus clientes de esa manera o que no contraten a gente que no tiene idea de como tratar a los clientes. Amigo empleado, si tuviste un mal día en casa mejor no vayas a trabajar. Pd: Parecía manager, así que quizá sea él quien lea mi review. Como comparación hice lo mismo en la sucursal de la Vernor, pero ahí un empleado joven se me acercó para ofrecerme su ayuda e incluso darme su opinión. Gran diferencia entre quien sabe y quien no sabe.
