  I never thought that I would be doing a review like this one but when God creates his people you'll never know what you run into on earth this is one hell of a life we live yet we run into his earth angels I am a officer that has an autistic child My battery was going dead I knew that I wouldn't make it far I had to stop and get my little girl something to eat because I knew that I had to get my battery charged I wanted to my favorite autozone on East Warren and there were two men in there and a beautiful woman by the name of Margaret Wade that came in with a delicious smelling lunch might I add she was one of the sweetest people I have ever met in my life she didn't recognize me from the news or anything she treated me with so much respect and love as if she knew me as I said God makes no mistakes and that was definitely an angel that he put on this earth I drive all the way from Westland clawson Warren Canton because I refuse to go to any other AutoZone or auto place unless it's the one on East Warren I will make way to get to that AutoZone on East Warren because of her The way she treats people and greets people is outstanding I really hope and pray that everything this beautiful woman puts her hands on turns to platinum and I really truly hope that this lady gets far in life as my daughter and I sat out there in the truck and waited on our battery to charge so we can get home because we had to have it done this lady made sure we stayed warm We didn't need anything she checked on us so many times and when the battery was ready she made sure that it was in my truck and it started and me and the baby got home safely Miss Margaret God bless you and I truly hope that one day you own your own franchise because you are what we call perfection it was an honor to see you today with so much love and appreciation continue to be you no matter what people do to you or how people treat you continue to be you and don't ever change because God has plans for you and God will forever make it happen You are truly a beautiful soul thank you for helping me and my little girl today and I will never in my life at 52 years old go anywhere but to the east warren AutoZone because of you You definitely make auto parts work shopping for and you know your job and God knows what he did by putting you here thank you my beautiful angel for everything that you did for me and my angel by making sure we were safe and warm as our battery was being charged you would never be forgotten God bless you sister a newfound sister officer d 😘🤞🏽

  An overdue shout out to LeRoy K. The day before Christmas, when I was set to travel out of town, my car was displaying numerous error codes. I panicked. I worried about whether I'd be able to travel home to see my family. AutoZone has assisted me in the past when my CHECK ENGINE light is illuminated so I didn't hesitate to head there immediately. I visited the E. Warren location and upon entering, I was quickly greeted. Everyone was helpful. When my car was connected to their diagnostic reader, it reflected that I needed a new battery. I was relieved to learn it wasn't anything more substantial. Not only was I heading out of town the next morning, but I had a doctor appointment in Canton within a couple of hours. I asked if they could install the battery once I purchased it and they could. The sales associate mentioned I'd probably have to make an appointment for later but said I could ask LeRoy, who'd be installing the battery. It was LeRoy to the rescue! He was the absolute best! Not only did he expedite the installation but he did so with a smile. It's not often in today's times that you get this kind of service. I am so appreciative of LeRoy. I hope the regional manager acknowledges his efforts and values him as part of the AutoZone team. THANK YOU, LeRoy, for making my travels possible. You are simply the best!

  Due to the recent snow storm my car battery went dead. Fortunately enough, Leroy was able to help me with the battery and installation. Even with the snow flurries coming down he was fast and proficient.

  Why? How do you want run a business like this? There are over fifty mechanic shops within a fifteen mile radius , all who use business accounts... So if this man does not come back.Do you just lose out on business? Autozone it's diabolical!! Do yourself a favor and pick another autozone!
