  I left my keys in the rental and took theirs. Right after I realized it Alamo called me. They sent my keys with bus 70. I traded keys and still was able to make my flight. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

  Picking up the car was a phenomenal experience. However, upon returning the vehicle I was honest enough to inform the agent at Detroit airport that something was hanging under the car and while I was on the interstate (which I thought was the wind) once I reached my destination something was sticking out I was accused of hitting something. This is unfair that you have to pay the price for raggedy interstates in Michigan and normal wear and tear of a vehicle. They might want to start lifting the cars and taking pictures. Please beware of Alamo they are vultures trying to get a claim for a vehicle I didn’t damage.

  Excellent customer service. Very pleased with the entire staff. Will definitely be using Alamo every time I come visit my daughter. Thank you for being so diligent in making sure I got the SUV I wanted. 🙏

  Great experience! The people were great to deal with, start to finish.. You get to choose your car out of the lineup which was awesome... and the process was way better than other places. 10/10

  This is hands down the best place to go. I’ve tried them all, and I choose this location every time. From the cleanliness of the vehicles to the short wait times and outstanding customer service, everything is top-notch. Walking in and being greeted by staff like this genuinely puts a smile on my face. It truly makes all the difference.
