My boyfriend went in and asked if we could use the plug to see why my engine light is on in my car. Lady was rude as hell per usual. Talking about ‘it’s too late, NOPE”. Like huh? Just say you lazy as hell and don’t want to do your job. The customer service is lacking heavy. Why even apply for a job to not help the customers? Didn’t know yall were paying them to be rude as hell to people and not help them when clearly the store is open for another 30 minutes.
