Anybody that have got ripped off should join me on suing them currently my truck is still having the same problems as before when I first took it there which I paid $5,000 for a rebuilt transmission just left there today to find out it might can be my pressure line this is crazy to me because they already received my money and im still having the same problem and it's running worst then before this place is bad for business and they want me to pay them more money to fix the pressure line when I paid them $525 to tell me what's the exact issue with my truck they don't even deserve 1 star

- BLBrak LittleJul 29, 20251.0Very disappointed. I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle on Monday morning. I called the shop that morning and Joe (the manager) stated that the vehicle was ready. I picked up an employee from home and drove there. Upon arrival, i spoke to Joe and he said that the truck was going to be retrieved from their other location closeby when another employee interrupted him stating that the truck was stuck on a lift. I was then told that i could not retrieve it at that time and that i would be taken care of. I stated before i left that the vehicle had to be used for work the next day. I did not get the vehicle on Monday as it was still stuck on the lift. I tried back in the morning of Tuesday but was told that it was still stuck and was told that the owner was on the way to remedy the situation. Approximately 2 to 3 hours later i was called and told that i could then pick up the vehicle. I had to then arrange for another person to accompany me to retrieve it. Upon arrival i waited to hear from Joe what the the remedy would be due to the delay. He only stated the amount due. Nothing else. I then asked what they were willing do because of my lost time and income. He stated that they were offering nothing. No recompense. I asked to speak to the owner. He left the office and returned 5 minutes later stating the same. Nothing for my loss for something that was totally beyond my control. I was furious but paid the bill and left. This is how A & B treats its customer. Very bad.
