Rude ,nasty attitude, no emphatic and make customers that spend thousands of dollars feel like they a bother!! I took my promaster van here for service and I have been back 3 times. Each time “JOE” is never a pleasure to speak with. I will be an advocate to make sure anyone I know or speak with don't get serviced here! Example: He called me and said “your van is ready, what time you coming we closing soon “ . I said ok what time y'all close he said “soon” ,ok so what time is soon “joe” he replied and said soon! And Joe said he the supervisor! Crazy

I previously had a Honda Accord fixed by them as well and never had any additional transmission problems. My experience was professional and friendly, and all of my questions were answered.

Anybody that have got ripped off should join me on suing them currently my truck is still having the same problems as before when I first took it there which I paid $5,000 for a rebuilt transmission just left there today to find out it might can be my pressure line this is crazy to me because they already received my money and im still having the same problem and it's running worst then before this place is bad for business and they want me to pay them more money to fix the pressure line when I paid them $525 to tell me what's the exact issue with my truck they don't even deserve 1 star
