  such a great experience. brian was super friendly and knowledgeable. i wasn’t pressured into doing any additional work, but was given the information and didn’t feel stupid about not knowing things.

  I had hands down the best oil change experience here—seriously unmatched. From the moment I pulled in, the team was professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. They didn’t just rush through the service—they took their time to do a thorough check of everything, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. What really stood out was how they handled recommendations. They let me know what services might be needed soon, but there was zero pressure or pushy sales tactics—just honest, helpful information so I could make my own decisions. That alone goes a long way. The communication throughout the process was great too. They explained what they were doing, kept me updated, and made sure I understood everything before I left. You can tell they actually care about their customers and not just getting cars in and out. And I have to mention it—the “free smiles” sign absolutely delivered 😂 The energy there was positive, the staff was friendly, and it made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Fast, thorough, honest, and great customer service. This is exactly how every oil change place should operate. Definitely a 5-star experience—I’ll be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know.

  Everyone is always courteous, polite, and kind. They are very thorough at explaining to me their products, different choices available to me, and all the checkpoints they performed while servicing my car. Definitely a return customer.

  Karon is the GOAT!!! Somehow I always get him as my service tech. When everything is said and done I leave with a smile, not a frown for getting oil change. I also highly recommend getting the Valvoline app, I saved $15. But Karon along with all the other techs are very Jocular and professional.

  I’ve been coming to Valvoline for my oil changes for a while now, and they never disappoint. The team is always friendly, professional, and super efficient. Every visit is quick and easy, and they consistently take the time to explain what they’re doing and make sure everything is taken care of properly. It’s nice going somewhere where the service is always reliable and the staff treats you well. Definitely my go-to spot for oil changes-highly recommend!
