    My experience was great from top to bottom. Jay took excellent care of me. The staff was helpful and they got me taken care of fast. I'll definitely rent again from the Greenfield Dearborn location.

    I had a very disappointing experience with this place. The staff acted unprofessionally and failed to provide the vehicle I had reserved. I specifically booked a luxury car, but was given a basic, non-luxury model instead. This kind of service is misleading and unacceptable. It raises serious concerns about whether this is negligence or a deliberate bait-and-switch practice.

    I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I made a reservation a month in advance, and when I arrived to pick up the car, I was told that no vehicles were available. This is completely unacceptable, especially with a confirmed booking. What is the point of reserving a car if it’s not guaranteed? This caused me a lot of stress and wasted my time, and no proper solution was offered. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Very unprofessional and unreliable service.
