  I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for a young man who assisted me at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport Enterprise location when I returned my rental vehicle. I had originally rented the vehicle from the Dearborn, Michigan location and extended my rental by two days. On the morning of my return, I was traveling internationally and needed to arrive at the airport two hours before my flight. I realized that returning the vehicle to the original location would not align with my departure schedule, which created unexpected stress. While en route, I pulled over to safely gather information, confirm directions, determine travel time, and understand the return procedure. I was already behind schedule and needed clarity quickly. When I arrived at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport location, the young man who assisted me handled the situation with calm professionalism and efficiency. He was personable, clear in his communication, and resolved everything far more quickly than I anticipated. I was in and out in less time than I imagined possible. I live with a disability that is not outwardly visible. I strive to conduct myself with composure, and I deeply value being treated with patience and dignity. This employee did exactly that—without knowing anything about my condition. His approach was steady, respectful, and kind. His assistance transformed what had been a stressful morning into a positive experience that carried into the rest of my travels. I would very much appreciate knowing his name so that I may personally thank him. Regardless, I hope this message reaches him and that his professionalism is recognized. Thank you.

  Best guys. I needed a minivan, they were out of it. Front desk man do everything to get me a van, call another office and do all the talking, and make the reservation for me. Perfect place to rent and perfect staff

  Worst experience ever. I strongly advise anyone to not frequent this location. I rented from here as I often do. I was told I can leave my vehicle here, I returned 3 days later only to be told my vehicle had been towed per enterprises request. After they told my I could leave my vehicle here. Extremely frustrating and inconvenienced beyond belief. How dare you. Please spend your hard earned money with a company that actually gives a damn about their customers.
