I couldn't tell you some things about that, but I won't because I want to tell you about the assist manager there. Her name is Allie. She recovered nicely by handling my issues in a professional way. She apologized and did not make excuses. Then, she made things better. Again, I don't want to deal with the negative, but she definitely deserves recognition for her efforts. I even got a courtesy call from the Regional Manager. Thank you Enterprise for your service!!
