The spare was a smaller tire but worked to get her to this shop by 730. The shop was open until 8 pm as this was a Thursday. She arrived at the shop and the employee told her there wasn’t enough time to plug her tire. She then was forced to drive on this tire in bad weather simply because someone at the shop was too lazy to help her out and do his job! Not a good place.
