- RYR Y2 days ago1.0A regular customer with 2 vehicles and i bought my 3rd and took it in for inspection on 11/22/25 when I received the worst service ever I was told by Alexander Graham my car need 1to 2 hours to be looked at and I waited and after 2 hours my car was still outside. No one had updated me about anything in those 2 hours. I asked Roland Cosme about my car still being not looked at after 2 hours. He said no one is going to look at it till Monday and doesn't know why Alexander didn't mention this to me and that Alexander has left already.wow the worst customer experience and the worst bell tire they don't care about the customer's time horrible customer service. And to make up for it i was offered a card with a %10 discount it's disrespectful to waste the customer's time and try to win business back with a ridiculous %10 card. Wow so disrespectful horrible customer service.
