- GWGhost WestNov 9, 20251.0I had the worst customer experience I have ever had in my entire life. I spoke with the gentleman who referred himself as Frank Frank was extremely impatient and agile towards me and cut me off multiple times. I was asking for a car part two which I had forgotten the receipt for and wanted to purchase another one I want to give the store my money and my service however, Frank did not want my money. He kept on telling me that the part should have had a warranty on it for me to search it up however, he kept on cutting me off and didn’t even let me speak once I told him the part had a warranty on it and he then got all agitated. Frank then told me to Give him my phone number to which I started to repeat my phone number right after I finished Giving him my phone number. Frank stopped and said I could call at a later time in another manager can speak with Me. I asked Frank for his name to what he did not respond and declined the phone number. This happened. Literally five minutes ago. I called off a different phone number and and Frank introduced himself by Saying his name that’s how I got his name. This is the worst customer service. I’m going to a different AutoZone.
