    I have always used them for tires and balancing and wheel alignment, but this last visit I believe they were trying to up sell me. I wanted a wheel alignment and I know my tires are old but with tread and they insisted that I needed to buy new tires and they didn't do the alignment because they said that my tie rods were seized. The reason I needed a wheel alignment is because I just had replaced everything in my suspension, so I am not even sure if they really checked the car for the alignment.

    The "Free Air" hasn't worked for a long time. There is a steady stream of people that waste their time trying to air up, only to find out it's not working. Could put up an out of order sign?

    In January 26, brought car in for power steering problem. Paid over 500.00 for new pump. Later a month later still having the same problem (hard to turn the wheel right or or left.) Said maybe an air bubble in the line. Bled the line and sent me home. No charge. Great I thought. Hardly got home. Parked it on my driveway. When I went to drive it, I noticed a big discolored spot under the front end of the car. Took the car back. They wanted to charge me another 500.00 for a new hose. Not covered under the original repair. I argued that it probably wasn't the pump, but this leak in hose, that just got worse each time they tried to repair the leak. The manager said he had to pay his master technician for the time he spent to replace hose. They should have known what the problem was when I first brought it in in January. I would not recommend this Bell Tire location for anything other than Tires.

    Car was in for winter->summer tire swap and oil change. Was called and told the key fob went dead but they could complete all service, just bring in spare fob to pickup the car. Upon arrival and pickup they had done an UNAUTHORIZED change of the fob battery and charged FIFTEEN dollars for pack of 2 batteries that retails for 5 dollars. Oh and I was originally told it was going to take 1.5 hours, ended up being 3.5.
