I’m a soldier driving from El Paso/ fort bliss, TX to my home address in Michigan. Dashboard signals ie (abs, stabilitrak, service traction control) started flashing on the dashboard. I called the El Paso location and let them know I have to slow down a lot they said notify the Dearborn Heights location. My gps says I’ll be a day late returning the truck but when I called to let them know this’ll postpone my trip longer an employee named Jackie had a very unprofessional attitude on the phone with me. Was not helpful, tried to make is seem like I was unethical, and was trying to get out of a one day late fee OF A MERE $100😑 I asked for the manager. She hesitated to even let me speak to the manager. Then she put me on hold and the call went silent. Still haven’t gotten a call back. If she was in the army, NCO’s would eat her alive for being so poor at her job!
