I waited for almost 4 hours for a simple alignment service. They also refused to use deal brand fluid on brake fluid or coolant flush. This place isn’t first come first serve, they seem to favor certain customers that they know personally.

- KBKathryn BDec 3, 20251.0I was sold a tire size that is not the manufacturer's required tire on 11/29/2025 at the Telegraph store. The tires are a size bigger and cost more. This was done without my knowledge. I took my car to the Nowlin Road Belle Tire on Monday 12/1/2025 for an alignment and was told about the tire size. Tuesday 12/2/2025 the tire light went on my car. I called the Nowlin Road store and they were very busy. I took my car in this morning 12/3/2025 and the sslesman checked the tire pressure on all tires. The Left Front was 22#, Right Front 32#, Right Rear 46# & Left Rear was 37#. This is negligence. The tires according to the mechanic should be 30#. The valve stem on the Left Front needed replacing and the sensors on the back tires needed to be replaced. After 3 1/2 hours the valve stem and sensors were replaced and I was assured the tire pressure was set at 33# to accommodate for the cold weather outside. I was also told the larger tires could be replaced with the manufacturers required tires but they did not have those tires in stock. I will drive my car with these tires for a week and if I have any problems I will be back to the Nowlin Road shop. Later I received a call from Belle Tire and was told by customer service I could receive the $67 difference between the cost of the tires and I would have to accept the larger tires. If the tires rub it will not be covered by the warranty, or I could sit for 3 more hours (once the tires that fit my car are ordered) to have the correct tires put on my car. Buyer BEWARE!
