Made it to my appt and the rep at the desk tried to charge me $75 bucks to to look at my car. Even on the App it says we will look at your car and discuss whats wrong with your car and then tell you the price. He started trying to play on the words. I left and went to the other Belle tire not far and they did it accordingly. The next day my wife went in with an appt with her car cuz it kept getting hot. It said it was 0.00 charge to look at it. She got there and the rep told her it was going to be $175.00 to look at her car. I demanded she put me on phone and I asked what exactly what was he charging her to do. He stated he was going to "plug into her obdll" to get a code. I told him there were no engine lights on to get a code. IT DOES NOT COST 175.00 TO PLUG INTO AN OBDII PORT AND PRESS A BUTTON!!!! That is equivalent to plugging in an appliance and pressing the power button. The Belle Tire app is designed to know if and what to charge you because of the information you put into it. It will not even set you an appt. Without answering questions and choosing subject. It clearly says "coolant" as a choice for a problem. After all info was put in it stated 0.00 to look at. He wrote out on a piece of paper with a pen what he thought was wrong and tore it and gave it to her. We have had work done there before and know that you receive a printout. I dont know if management is training their front staff to do this or they're doing it on their own choice, whatever or however it bold and ridiculous and scandalous and a breach of contract. I am referencing the dearborn heights store and the dearborn (michigan ave.) stores.

I called USAA to tow it to them and they refused to accept it TWICE at 845 am. Thomas was rude and treated me poorly. I'm a disabled vet and just needed my brakes done and he refused twice stating he could not take it because they were too busy I offered to leave it over night he refused to take it. I went to the Dearborn Belle tire on Nolin and they said they said they would take care of my brakes no problem thank you.
