- NGNathan GerkenJan 20, 20261.0If you value your car at all, avoid this location at all costs. I have had two instances that I know my car was damaged, and two I suspect happened at this location. The first one I know for sure was a side panel that came off of my car. However I went back and was able to get the panel and put it back on my car. The second is more concerning. My license plate was bent by the car wash. I went in to file a warranty request and while filing, I mentioned that I was pretty sure my license plate wrap had been broken at a different occasion. I was told a manager would call me in a few days. The manager did not call, rather he emailed me. I was not expecting an email, so I almost missed it. In the email, he said that my license plate wrap was already broken and sent a photo of me entering the car wash. I replied saying that the report was for my license plate, not the wrap. I never heard back from the manager, even after writing a follow up email. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location again.
