  Ordered 2 of 1 item online and a 3rd item. 10 minutes later got the your order is ready to pick up email. Went to the store figured a quick pickup, gave the guy my name and he looked around for my order....didnt seem it was ready to pick up 1 item was not there. The nice guy spent about 10 minutes looking for the other one but couldn't find it. A lady came out and she went looking....at that time I just figured give me a refund for the one and I will take the other 2 items and be on my way....that seemed to be an issue as well. The lady came back saying she couldn't find the part and could look tomorrow and call me, I said no thanks I would just take 2 of the 3 things I ordered and a refund and be on my way. The again very polite nice guy was apparently unable to refund to my credit card or give me cash so had to give me a gift card....good times as not sure I want to try this location or the store again. So please fix your system to not allow me to order things that are not in stock, dont email me to say my order is ready if it's not, train your employees to return online orders. Not the first time I have had issues at this location. So noce people and nice being open late but dont by online and expect a quick pickup in store.
