- RLRay L1 day ago1.0This location has gone down hill. It used to be my favorite. But every time I come there seems to be a new issue. Poor cleaning because the brushes aren't set correctly, full trash, not working vacuums, staff parked in the vacuum spots, unhelpful staff, staff standing around talking instead of correcting these things or just just plain rude when you ask for something. If Tommy's had more locations in town I would definitely switch. And don't reply your we pretend to care form letter asking me to call you. Because of you cared you wouldn't see all the 1 star reviews.

- DJDerrick Johnson5 days ago5.0Went in for a wash today but I’d just had my windshield replaced 2 days before and was unable to save the sticker. The replacement was a few quick checks and boom done. As I was exiting there was a guy who adjusted both mirrors - now that’s 5 star service !

The line is consistently very long, and the trash cans are always overflowing. Mister Car Wash is not what it used to be. After giving mister another chance, I’ve decided I’ll be returning to Tommy’s instead.
- CMCurtis MaloneDec 18, 20252.0I visited this location yesterday to try it to see if it did a good job so I could get a membership, my door handles, wheels, and tailgate were very much so dirty still so i said something and they ran me through again. There was no difference. I will not be returning and certainly not getting a membership. Back to tommys i guess. I would’ve left one star, but they tried and gave me another wash.
