  Everyone took such good care of me and my car after a small little rear end. They went above and beyond, even taking my back to my house after I dropped off the car. I appreciated their constant communication keeping me updated on progress and even finishing the car earlier than estimated!

  Took our car in for an insurance repair after a minor fender bender. The repair took a little longer than estimated but was done in a fairly reasonable time. However, when we picked the car back up and got home, we noticed the unlock button on our remote was completely broken and punched through into the inside of the key casing. We called back the next morning and the manager Sidney tried to tell us it was “normal wear and tear” but claimed he’d check with our insurance and see if they’d cover it. After several weeks and us calling three or four time we were still no closer to getting our remote fixed. Now we can’t unlock our car and Gerber is refusing to acknowledge their fault in breaking the fob. I find it highly suspicious that they didn’t even mention it to us when we picked up the car, like they were just hoping we wouldn’t notice or something. We even wrote to the corporate complaint number and they still refused to do anything to fix it. Take my advice and don’t bring your car here unless you want it returned in worse condition than you left it. I guess their “guarantee of complete satisfaction” only applies when they feel like it.

  I had an accident with my Equinox and chose Gerber Collision & Glass to repair my vehicle. Ryan and his team were AMAZING! They were very responsive, professional and helpful. My repair was completed early and I could not be more pleased with my experience. They even detailed the interior of my vehicle. I would give the Gerber Alpine location an A+ in every aspect and would highly recommend them!!
