Friendly and professional customer service, but extremely lackluster workmanship. i had my Subaru Ascent here for an insurance claim repair. After their initial repairs, there were flaws all over in the paint work: scratches under the clear coat, over-sprayed areas that caused runs, deep scratches in the finish, and poorly masked paint lines along edges where painted surfaces and plastic trim meet up. Joey looked at the work performed and agreed it was not too their standard, and they re-did the paint. Upon getting it back, the wrong color trim was installed on rear bumper lip (despite the correct color being used the first time), and they somehow managed to put some nasty scratches in the steering wheel cover. Again, Joey offered to make it right, and they got the correct trim piece, replaced the steering wheel, and covered my rental.
Both times the car was there, tools were also left in my vehicle. (Wheel lug socket in my cupholder and a trim/panel prybar that fell between the 2nd and 3rd row seats)
I'm still not very pleased with the paint work. There are still sloppy paint masking lines on the rear bumper between plastic and painted sections, and some other minor flaws, but I don't feel they're gonna get it right and I simply can't keep bringing in my car to get it redone over and over. I may see if my insurance is willing to work with me to have somebody else fix it.
