    I went here with my jeep that I have never had issues with and started having leaks after!! Now it’s shaking really bad when you start to accelerate. I’m so beyond sad and screwed. This literally ruined my life. Do not go here!! Lo

    The manager should flat out be replaced. The other young man working there was doing fine, I was first in line so he was focused on my vehicle. TWICE the manager pulled him away from my car saying "Do me a favor and come here and do . . ." on the vehicle that had arrived after me. The manager then took over on my car, sort of. Thought he was almost done with me until I reminded him I needed air in my tires - pretty standard thing he should have been able to handle. Then he checked me out and I had to ask if he had filled my washer solvent, which he hadn't so he had to go do that or I probably would have been let go from the bay without it. If a manager cannot perform the basic jobs why are they a manager? The young man working under him was doing a much more thorough job. Won't be a repeat customer for sure!

    Been coming here for years and today was by far the worst service. It took them a hour for no obvious reason. I might as well go the dealership. Very unhappy
