I know about the one in Fenton, MI. Great place. Hardworking people. They know their stuff and they are terrific to work with.

after 10 years of being a customer and my Family coming here, I’m officially switching after getting the worst runaround of my life. came in because I was getting smell in my cabin and spent several thousand dollars on a catalytic converter. After the issue persisted, I was told they Did not install it properly, so they installed the new one for me. After the issue again persisted, they told me they installed the wrong Model number and that my other catalytic converter also needed to be replaced. Another thousand dollars or so later in the issue continued to persist, and they made me a low priority over and over while I continued to Uber to work and have my pregnant wife pick me up every day. now I’m stuck with two aftermarket catalytic converters and the issue has not been fixed, $4000 and $400 in Uber fees later. What a shame.

Edit: after posting this review, someone higher up in Belle’s customer service dept called me, and with the help of Belle’s banking dept we resolved the situation. They also promised to retrain the sales team at the Haggerty store. _______ The employees at this store are rude, negligent, liars. I scheduled an app at this store for new tires/minor repairs. The salesperson informed me that I could make interest free payments with a Synchrony Bank Belle Tire credit card. I went online, and Synchrony approved me. The bank stated that I would receive my card in two weeks. I took a screenshot of my account info. My app at Belle occurred a week later. After waiting several hours, an employee named Michael W informed me of the amount due. I handed him some Belle Bucks and cash, and told him to put the rest on my Belle credit card. Because I did not have a physical copy of the card, Michael asked me to enter my SSN and DOB into the store's computer to locate my account. "Can't I just manually enter in the account numbers," I asked? I have other credit cards through Synchrony Bank. Other businesses let customers enter in our account info manually. It's easy. Problem 1: Michael W informed me that Belle can't do this. Problem 2: Despite entering in my SSN, DOB, and drivers license #, the store could not locate my account. Problem 3: It's outrageous that this store now has all of this personal info. Problem 4: Michael W called Synchrony Bank. They located my account but could not process the payment on their end. Problem 5: I asked Michael W if I could speak to the manager. He informed me that he is the manager but couldn't help me. Problem 6: I still needed to pay my balance, and so I called my dad. Michael sent a link so he could enter in his credit card account info manually. Somehow the store couldn't do this for my Belle Tire card? A few days later my Belle Tire credit card arrived. Around this time, I called Belle's corporate office and spoke to someone named Shane about my awful experiences. Problem 7: A few days later, I received a call from Michael W. Apparently, he could not locate my account because someone at the store misspelled my city and typed in the wrong zip code back when I booked the app. Wow. I asked Michael if I could get the amount dad paid placed on my Belle Tire card. He said, "yes," but I would need to head back to the store with a physical copy of the card. I asked if I needed dad's credit card. He said "no." I headed back to Belle. Someone named Bill G assisted me. Problem 8: I told Bill that it's too bad that I couldn't manually enter in my card info. "We're not a bank, we're a tire place," he said, glaring at me with hardened eyes. What a rude response. Problem 9: Bill said that I needed a physical copy of dad's card. I told him that Michael W said I didn't, and that he's the manager. "No, I'm the manager," Bill shot back. "Michael is just some worker." Again, what a rude response. Also, I have yet to determine who the actual manager of this store is. Problem 10: I called Shane again. Apparently, as it's now 2026, all credit card info from 2025 gets purged from Belle's system. Consequently, I would need to bring a physical copy of dad's card to the store to complete the transaction. Problem 11: Dad doesn't live near this Belle Tire. I asked Shane if we could do the transaction at another Belle closer to dad's house. He said he would get back with me on Monday. It is now Friday, January 16, and I still haven't heard from him. Problem 12: My theory is that Belle does not want me using my Belle Tire card. My financial advisor insists that Synchrony Bank likely charges a fee in exchange for offering interest free financing to Belle's customers. Belle, therefore, stands to lose money if I use their card. Based on all this, I experienced a number of problems with this Belle Tire (as well as with Belle’s corporate office). My advice is to take your business elsewhere. Discount Tire, for example, offers affordable prices and interest-free financing as well.
